Our Full Wedding Planning and Design package is ideal for the couple that wants to make decisions regarding the wedding, but not hassled by any of the details, deadlines, and planning.
At Kari Lywood Events, our full service planning and design package covers the following:
- Up to 8 in-person planning meetings
- Introducing and connecting you with preferred vendors
- Communication through phone and email (within office hours)
- Point of contact for all vendors on the day of
- Coordinate and assist setup of ceremony and reception
- Oversee and manage wedding day installation
- Troubleshooting any setup issues and problem solving constantly
- Assist wedding party and guests as needed
- Full setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, pictures, place cards, favours etc.
- Rehearsal of ceremony at the venue (up to 1 hour)
- You must book your rehearsal (4) weeks in advance with Kari Lywood Events
- Alerting you as to when payments to vendors are due
- Budget creation
- Design presentation that outlines your overall wedding design with your colour palette and decor elements that will carry throughout down to the smallest detail
- Providing you with a month-to-month wedding checklist beginning immediately
- Scheduling Vendor Meetings
- Assisting with invitations, save the dates & stationary needs
- Review all proposals
